Violin by Anton
Galla
The instrument bears the brand of the maker on the inside back
plate. A bassbar crack accounts for the quite reasonable price,
as instruments by Galla have recently fetched $4500-$5500 at auction.
A truely amazing response and powerful G-string, makes this a
violin well suited to a soloist.
